Jodi Hume is a personal strategist & facilitator for busy leaders and their teams. She is a passionate guide for the conversations that really matter, whether they're with your team, with your loved ones, or in your own head. Whether Jodi is leading a strategic planning session, a corporate retreat or working one-on-one with a senior executive or entrepreneur, Jodi is guiding the important conversations that shape lives and businesses.

After a 15-year career as COO of a growing architecture firm, Jodi now facilitates for and coaches clients ranging in size from larger organizations such as Constellation Energy and Johns Hopkins; to non-profits such as Teach for America and the Charter School Network, to hundreds of growing entrepreneurial companies throughout the United States, Europe and Australia. In addition to this new online home, Life | Love | Leadership, which is fumbling its way toward launch, Jodi is also the founder of The Business of Life, a project aimed to help busy entrepreneurs and their executive leaders strategize their most valuable asset… their time.

Jodi also has experience beyond that of just a consultant. She too has been part of senior management, spending more than 15 years on the core leadership team of GWWO, Inc. Architects while they strategically positioned the firm to move from local to national significance and grow nearly 400% in size.

From an early age, Jodi has been making sense of tough situations. She has a knack for separating the truth from fears & fiction, and a keen way of discerning and synthesizing the core issues that keep people, and their organizations from moving forward.

Jodi has a degree in Psychology from Loyola University, is trained as a skilled facilitator from Johns Hopkins University, and is trained and certified as a CoActive Coach by The Coaches Training Institute.

Jodi sings in a Blues & Folk Band, The Wafflers.
